Ingredients:

Coconut sugar 22%, Tamarind paste 14%, Sugar 14%, Garlic 8%, Shallots 6.85%, Salt 6.65%, Galangal 6.5%, Spices (Coriander seeds, Cumin, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cardamom) 5.55%, Lemongrass 3.5%, Ginger 3.5%, Chili 3%, Fish sauce 3%, Palm oil 1.8%, Curry powder 1.45% (Food additive (INS270))

Instructions

Suggested menu: Massaman Curry

1. Add 200g coconut milk and 50g water to a pot and bring to a boil.

2. Add 80g prepared Massaman curry paste to the pot and stir until it boils.

3. Add 150g meat, followed by 50g small diced potatoes, 50g small diced carrots, and cook until done, then cover.

4. Add 100g small diced onions.

5. Follow with 30g peanuts, stir well, and cover the pot to prevent water from evaporating.

6. Reduce heat to low, continue cooking until done, about 5 minutes, or simmer until desired thickness. Ready to serve.

* If you want to follow the suggested menu, you can add meat and various vegetables as desired.
