Shipping policy

We generally dispatch orders within 1 - 3 working days of receipt. If, for any reason, there will be a delay of more than 3 days in the sending of your order, we will contact you by email to advise you of the reason for the delay and the expected day of dispatch.

Please note that delivery refers to delivery on the day after dispatch of your goods, and not the day after the placing of your order. Once the order is set for shipping it is the responsibility of shipping company once the items have been collected.

Royal Maill is the courier service we use. M&A Snack is not responsible for any delay which may be caused by the shipping company.  The details of the delivery ie. tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail. Customers can track the status of the delivery through: www.royalmail.com

Delivery by the courier will take place at any time between 09:00 and 19:00. We unfortunately have no control over delivery, and are unable to contact the courier to confirm exact delivery times. You will receive an automated email or text message when your goods are dispatched, and you will be able to track your parcel on the courier's website. If you do not see an email, please check your junk mail folder.

It is the responsibility of the customer to be available when the delivery arrives. If the delivery is not accepted and the products are damaged due to this delay M&A Snack is not responsible for any damages or claims whatsoever. Customer have to storing perishable items immediately after delivery

We are not responsible for spoilage or damage if items are left unattended.
