For pickling seafood, with a fragrant soy sauce aroma.
How to pickle seafood: shrimp, clams, mantis shrimp, squid. Wash the seafood thoroughly.
Pour enough pickling sauce to cover the food to be pickled. Marinate for 3-4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator (chiller compartment).
Serve with rice and seaweed for an extra kick, or with seafood dipping sauce or wasabi for deliciousness.
