How to use: Mix matcha green tea powder in cold or room temperature water, approximately 200-250 ml. or 1 cup per teaspoon of powder. Stir until the powder dissolves. Can be mixed in a water bottle and shaken to dissolve. Drink instead of plain water. Consume in the morning or during the day. Serving size: not more than 5 grams (1 teaspoon = 2 grams).
