method
- Stir-fry the Mala in a pot until fragrant, then gradually add water. We recommend about 600-800 (or as you prefer).
-Wakame seaweed, soak in water for about 1 minute.
- Add all the food items and wait until cooked, about 5 minutes.
Eat with the restaurant's special roasted sesame sauce. You can add meat as you like.
** Stir-frying the Mala soup is a technique to make the Mala more fragrant. If this is not convenient, you can add it with plain water.
*** If it feels too salty while eating, we recommend adding more water, as the saltiness of the food will be absorbed into the soup.
Product shelf life: 3 months from production date
Upon receiving the product, the dipping sauce should be placed in the refrigerator immediately. Other food items can be kept at room temperature.
